I think this also qualifies as a geekgasm. Joy Joy Joy! With more and more important players coming to the table confirming that this is happening, I can't help but wish Fandango took advanced ticket orders for movies that haven't even gone into pre-production yet... Shame on them, because that's probably a very lucrative market...

I Was Being Eloquent!
Another question for my Blog-o-Friends:
Why is it that when I watch The Soup, I become insanely jealous of Joel McHale?

Waving Boldly, In the Corrupt Sands of Commerce...
C - Three people today: Johanna McCuen, my brother Ryan, and an old friend from a bygone era, Gus Bryant. Each one of these folks has had some significant impact on my life, and each one of them, amazingly enough, share a birthday this November 4th. Pretty awesome. Happy Birthday to them!
L - Qualcomm Stadium
O - A parabolic microphone, pointed towards Chuck Long, coach of the SDSU Aztecs... He likes to swear... I pity the poor people of Idaho who may had heard him the one time I had it pointed his way...
S - Almost getting hit by a cheerleader doing a backflip while I wrangled cable. Seriously, they need to be better at checking behind them...
A - Getting excited for football... This is highly unusual for me
T - Take me down to the Paradise City, where the grass is green and the girls are pretty...
I've been thinking a lot about what I want to do, and so today I started listing them. Here's a bit of that list:
I want to play jazz piano like Vince Guaraldi, Brad Mehldau, Eldar Djangirov and my friend Randy Peck.
I want to learn the cello, along with the viola and the violin.
I want to write a screenplay that becomes a cult classic.
I want to have a baby, and soon.
I want to live in NYC for at least a year.
I want to drive a hybrid car.
I want to be able to write like Billy Wilder.
I want to be in the chorus of some hit Broadway show, for at least one night.
I want to be an essayist for some respected newspaper or magazine.
I want to be taken seriously.
I want my films to take place in Chicago, because I love that city.
I want to go to bed late, and wake up early.
I want to get married.
I want to finish Nowhere Man.
I want a Blu-ray player so I can watch The Dark Knight in all its HD glory (and Speed Racer).
I want my friends back ( I miss you guys).
I want to appreciate old classic films again.
I want to be that guy that everyone looks up to.
I want my Masters, but I don't want to pay for it.
I want to write for a successful television show.
I want to executive produce a successful television show.
I want to have the world at my fingertips, and then turn it all away, just because I can...
I'm sure that's not all I want, but that's all I could think of. *Sigh*. Hopefully, with this list in mind, my future will be brighter than it appears at this moment.
Cheers to the Future!
